With 180 beds and participation in Medicare and Medicaid, our large facility is committed to providing exceptional care and treatment to our patients. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring that our high standards of care are met, and our patients receive the best possible outcome.Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide exceptional patient careDevelop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility goalsConduct assessments, identify nursing needs, and develop individualized care plans for patientsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionalsEnsure accurate documentation of patient information, including medications, treatments, and test resultsMonitor and maintain inventory of medications, supplies, and equipmentParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfactionRequirements:Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license (and any other required licenses or certifications)Minimum experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting (degree of experience will vary based on individual qualifications)Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a teamExcellent clinical skills, with the ability to assess patient needs and develop effective care plansAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workflowsIf you are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with leadership potential, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at Valley Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
