Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager preferred
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of an assigned nursing unit
• Supervise and support nursing staff
