Job Location: Taco Bell 705 York Rd., Kings Mountain, NC 28086 | 20568 - Kings Mountain, NC 28086 Job Summary: As a Shift Manager at our Fulenwider Enterprises KFC and Taco Bell restaurants, you’ll be the captain of the ship during your shift! You’ll lead a team of enthusiastic crew members, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and a fun atmosphere. Responsibilities Supervise Shift: oversee all aspects of the restaurant during your shift, including managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Team Leadership: motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional service. Foster a positive work environment where everyone feels valued and motivated. Customer Service: interact with customers, take orders, and ensure their dining experience is memorable. Address any concerns promptly and professionally. Food Safety: maintain high food safety standards. Monitor food preparation, storage, and handling to prevent any health risks. Cash Handling: handle cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate records. Inventory Management: keep track of inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock rotation. Shift Reports: prepare shift reports, including sales, labor costs, and any incidents that occurred during your shift. Training: train new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Problem‑Solving: handle unexpected situations, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions to keep operations running smoothly. Cleanliness: ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Promotions and Specials: assist in promoting new menu items, deals, and promotions to drive sales. Qualifications Experience: previous restaurant or fast‑food experience preferred. Leadership Skills: ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Communication: excellent verbal communication skills. Adaptability: thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
