Job Overview Department/Unit: Financial Reporting Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $59,066.00 - $88,599.00 Responsibilities Responsible for the billing of Student Tuition of the Albany Medical College. Monthly accounting for tuition, scholarship revenue, and expenses of the student tuition. Monthly account reconciliations of Student Tuition Receivables and Deferred Tuition Revenue. Monthly AMC medical services provided to third‑party medical practices. Monthly billing for rent to non‑AMC medical practices. Monthly billing for CAM and utility charges. Qualifications Education: BS of Accounting, BS of Business Science, concentration in Accounting. Licensure, Certification & Registration: Not required. Experience: 1–2 years, preferred not required. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Teams); Familiarity with WorkDay, preferred not required; Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually; Strong management skills; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; Ability to meet assigned deadlines; Strong organizational skills; Attention to detail and accuracy. Handling of sensitive information: may require access to PHI and related data; must follow minimum‑necessary and “need to know” principles and comply with HIPAA and state statutes.
