Responsibilities will include ensuring project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities.Responsibilities:Ensure construction project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activitiesProven track record in successfully managing projects in carpentry, drywall or general construction desiredReview project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the projectDiscuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority and provide technical advice/trouble-shootingDirect and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where neededCommunicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problemsWork with submittals, permits, close outs, and ordering parts.Responsible for financial success of projectsAdditional company projects as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree strongly preferredProject Management or Estimating experience within the construction industry preferredMust have Excel or other spreadsheet software and Word or Word Processing software experienceMust have proven experience in a fast paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with keen attention to detailExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are a mustMust possess a Valid Driver's License and good driving recordSuccessful completion of employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) required in advance of hire.DH Pace Company, Inc. does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or agencies.
