Main job functions of a recruiter include overseeing currently working temporary employees as well as recruiting new employees for our client companies. Provide customer service excellence to our customers as the point person for the daily operations of filling orders to meet customer needs. Interviewing, hiring/terminating & scheduling, in order to maintain proper staffing levels. Other administrative duties such as data entry, records maintenance, participation in recruiting events, advertising, job flyers, online postings, and networking. We provide skilled as well as entry-level general labor staffing for manufacturing and warehousing client companies. Social Media is a Must!!
