Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is seeking both full-time and part-time family medicine physicians who are board certified or board eligible to join our expanding primary care team across various locations.

Joining our team means you will play a vital role in enhancing the care our patients receive daily. As a Primary Care Clinician, you will be integrated into the largest multi-specialty healthcare system in the Twin Cities. This outpatient role allows you to perform a variety of in-clinic procedures.

Team Collaboration

At our organization, teamwork is essential for achieving success. Family Medicine clinicians are supported by fellow professionals and a comprehensive care team at each clinic. As a member of our team, you can anticipate:

• Support for managing your in-basket communications
• An on-site department assistant to help with administrative tasks
• An on-site registered nurse to assist patients with complex conditions and follow-up care
• Triage services provided by registered nurses

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $395,000 for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE). Compensation is determined by the role's requirements and level, as well as factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity. After the initial salary guarantee period, compensation will be based on work RVU productivity.
