Responsibilities Prospect for new customers through phone calls, referrals, networking, and community involvement. Generate quotes for auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities. Follow up on internet leads and customer inquiries promptly. Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking. Qualifications Alabama Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain quickly) Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a competitive mindset Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for referrals Basic computer proficiency Sales experience preferred, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Alfa Insurance
