Position Details

Role: Experienced Veterinary Assistant Status: Full-time Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: Monday and Thursday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. No nights, weekends, or holiday hours!

What You'll Do

• Assist veterinarians and technicians during exams, treatments, and procedures
• Safely restrain animals for exams, blood draws, and treatments
• Clean and disinfect exam rooms, kennels, and equipment
• Feed, water, walk, and monitor hospitalized or boarding animals
• Prepare supplies, medications, and instruments for daily procedures
• Support Fear-Free patient care and individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and support daily hospital operations
• Communicate compassionately with clients and team members
