Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions targeting substance abuse and mental health issues, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients. \n Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. \n Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their specific needs and goals. \n Actively engage in our multidisciplinary team meetings, offering insights and contributing to holistic treatment strategies for clients. \n Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in our secure electronic health record system, adhering to privacy regulations. \n Utilize evidence-based practices and stay current with developments in mental health and substance abuse treatment methodologies to enhance client outcomes. \n Provide crisis intervention when necessary and follow up with clients to ensure their ongoing support and well-being. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing substance abuse issues, as well as those struggling with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our diverse clientele includes adults and adolescents from various backgrounds and communities, reflecting the unique needs of the Dallas, Oregon area. You will play a crucial role in guiding these clients towards recovery and improved mental health. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. \n Possession of a current and valid license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). \n At least 2 years of experience working in a mental health or clinical setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic practices. \n Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that foster therapeutic relationships with clients. \n Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, enabling you to navigate complex client situations effectively. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in treating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions is preferred. \n Familiarity with telehealth methodologies and tools is advantageous. \n Past experience working within a multidisciplinary treatment team is a plus. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, with performance bonuses based on your contributions.
