This role coordinates across all business functions to resolve resource conflicts and interdependencies while managing risks and capacity constraints. Define and oversee a list of dependent projects needed to reach the program's overall goals, ensuring proper coordination and interdependency management. Enlist teams, implement strategies, and measure return on investment through comprehensivebenefitsrealization tracking and performance metrics. Act asliaisonbetween various departments,facilitatingcross-team collaboration and understanding to ensure seamless program execution. Organize and track projects, proactively manage risks, manage project escalations, prioritize tasks, and meet specific businessobjectiveswithin defined timelines and budgets. Develop andmaintainstrategic roadmaps that outlineobjectives, timelines, and key deliverables aligned with organizational goals. Program and project managementexpertiseincluding coordination of multiple interconnected projects and resource allocation. Risk management and mitigation capabilities with experience in proactive issue identification and resolution. Preferred Qualifications: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or advanced degree in Business, Management, Strategy,Technology,or related field.
