As an Industrial Maintenance Tech with our client, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment to ensure optimal functionality. You will initially train on the day shift from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, for a period of 2 to 4 weeks. After training, you will transition to one of our night shift teams, working from 6pm to 6:30am. The pay range for this position is $17 to $25 per hour, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment as directed.
- Conduct tasks such as greasing mechanical equipment, aligning conveyor belts, cleaning sump holes and water troughs, modifying and repairing plumbing, and organizing equipment, parts, and projects.
- Assist with painting and cleaning tasks as instructed.
- Utilize strong mechanical skills for troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment.
- Possess a general understanding of electrical systems.
- Familiarity with pumps and plumbing systems.
- Ability to perform cutting and welding tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment between major projects.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance and equipment repair.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of electrical systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with pumps, plumbing systems, cutting, and welding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
