With 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits, we support our drivers both on the road and at home.Compensation and BenefitsGuaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.Base rate: $0.55 per practical mile for all loaded and empty miles.Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, along with layover pay and breakdown compensation.Sign-on bonus: $1,500 paid over three months.Full benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.Routes and EquipmentPredictable schedule: Regional lanes throughout the Eastern U.S., east of I-35, with weekly home time and a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.Premium trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth equipment with a strict no-slip-seating policy.Driver comfort: All tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.Freight type: 100% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook operations.Company programs: Pet and passenger rider programs are available from the first day.Qualifications and RequirementsLicense: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).Driving record: Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and an active DOT medical card.Experienced route: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.Entry-level route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome.
