Quality Tech/CMM Operator

Shift: 1st shift Mon-Fri Pay: $17/hr Where: Ridgeville, IN 47380 Evaluation Hire

Duties

Responsibilities:

Operate CMM machines to conduct precise measurements using various probes and tools.
Document PPAP process for product
Record measurement data accurately and maintain comprehensive inspection records.
Analyze measurement data and generate inspection reports
Utilize other measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers, etc.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational education preferred.
Proven experience as a CMM Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
Strong understanding of metrology principles, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and blueprint reading.
Familiarity with precision measurement tools, techniques, and statistical analysis.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, collaborating with engineers and quality control personnel.
Strong computer skills and the ability to generate detailed reports using measurement software.
