NorthShore University HealthSystem is seeking a highly experienced Financial Analyst Senior to join our finance team in Arlington Heights, Illinois. You will provide advanced financial analysis, strategic insights, and decision support to help drive the financial success of our hospital. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in healthcare finance, leading budgeting, forecasting, and complex financial modeling. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.
