Responsibilities Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Set restaurant goals with your leader, develop a plan, and measure progress. Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, track progress, and coach improvement. Hire, develop, and retain Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future team. Collaborate across departments to drive performance and exceed customer expectations. Qualifications Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations. Background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired. Must be 18 years or older for a managerial role in corporate owned restaurants. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
