Position: Otolaryngologist (ENT)
Location: Carmichael, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Position Highlights

HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a well-established, physician-led multi-specialty practice in the Sacramento area.

This shareholder-track opportunity provides a robust referral network, a comprehensive ENT practice, competitive compensation, and collaboration with an extensive network of physicians and advanced practice providers. The position is ideal for an Otolaryngologist seeking long-term practice growth within a supportive, integrated medical environment.

Physicians with a Rhinology subspecialty interest or background are welcome. 

Practice Details

• Full-time employed position
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Approximately 30 patient-contact hours per week
• No routine general ENT call schedule
• Call coverage for other ENT physicians as needed
• Additional trauma call coverage responsibilities
• Established referral network within a large multi-specialty physician group
• Collaborative environment with an extensive network of primary care physicians, specialists, and advanced practice providers
• Current EMR: MEDITECH
• Transition to Epic planned for 2027
• Shareholder-track opportunity following the initial guarantee period

Clinical Opportunity

• Comprehensive general Otolaryngology practice
• Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of ear, nose, throat, and head and neck conditions
• Provide both medical and surgical ENT care
• Perform office-based and operative procedures
• Manage routine and complex Otolaryngology cases
• Opportunity to incorporate Rhinology into the practice
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialty providers to deliver coordinated patient care
• Opportunity to build and grow a thriving long-term practice

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $545,000 – $555,000 annually
• Two-year guaranteed compensation period with shareholder-track opportunity
• Sign-on Bonus: $30,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $20,000 for candidates relocating from outside California
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 for candidates relocating within California

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency
• California medical license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical and surgical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• New graduates and experienced Otolaryngologists are encouraged to apply
