Immediate Need Dalton, PA – 7 days a week, days and evenings Scott Township, PA – Monday through Friday 7:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Factoryville, PA – 12‑hour night shifts 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., 16‑hour shifts 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Rates $28.00–$32.00 Job Responsibilities One to one patient care in the home. Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for the patient. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies. Patient assessments; coordination of care. Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician. Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members.
