Assembler We're looking for dependable and motivated Mechanical Assemblers for various shifts to join our growing manufacturing team. Assembler Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 18.00 to $ 26.00 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Various shifts available Shifts: Day shift: Monday-Thursday, some Fridays, 7:00 am 5:30 pm Night shift: Monday-Thursday, some Fridays, starting at 5:30 pm- 3:30 am- $3 shift differential Weekend shift: start at 5:00 am or 5:30 pm Friday-Sunday- $2.50 shift differential Mandatory overtime/ extra days may be required Duties: Assemble product components using appropriate tools and fixtures. Perform testing on completed products to ensure proper function and quality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during assembly or testing. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Use precision measuring tools and maintain correct tolerances for mechanical assemblies. Assembler Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required 3 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field preferred Mechanically inclined; comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability are essential. Must have a valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 35 lbs repetitively A pre-employment physical is required Applicant may be subject to a background check Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
