We’re a busy, community-centered primary care and behavioral health clinic that prides itself on compassionate care, strong patient relationships, and a work culture that actually feels good to be part of. This role starts part-time with the intention of growing into full-time as the panel expands. You’ll have the flexibility of a hybrid schedule with both in-clinic and telehealth hours, perfect for a provider looking for balance, stability, and the opportunity to grow with a thriving practice.
