May service as palliative care services advocate for patients as appropriate. Provides education for healthcare professionals, patients and their families. Participates as a member of the case management team. Experience: Three (3) years patient care experience encompassing patient assessment, treatment, lab values, etc with current clinical knowledge. Palliative care experience may be preferred. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM, with rotating weekend/evening call (via phone only). Could potentially become hybrid remote position after orientation is completed. Qualifications Education Required Diploma or better in Nursing. Preferred Bachelor's Degree or better in Nursing.
