**Driveway Logistics Coordinator**The Driveway Logistics Coordinator acts a liaison between the customer and stores and coordinates all aspects of the vehicle delivery. Successful individuals will demonstrate a strong customer focus, an ability to communicate across multiple departments and an aptitude for organization and strict attention to detail and timing.Location: Suburban Ford of Troy Hub, 777 John R Rd, Troy, MI 48083 Pay Range: The established pay range for this position is **$19.25 to $28.85 per hour**. The anticipated hiring range is **$21.00 to $24.00 per hour**, based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and market considerations.**Responsibilities*** Works with the store to pull Driveway vehicles from inventory* Transfers inventory between dealerships if applicable* Sets up long and short hall transport* Coordinates with regional valets for vehicle staging and Last Mile delivery* Works with third party vendors to coordinate Last mile delivery* Ensures the vehicle is prepped and ready for delivery* Coordinates delivery time and location with the customer* Coordinates the pickup and distribution of trade vehicles* Coordinates the return of a vehicle if applicable**Skills and Qualifications*** Previous experience in logistics management preferred* Sense of urgency and strong attention to detail* Excellent communication## **Competencies*** Does the right thing, takes action and adapts to change* Self-motivated, believes in accountability, focuses on results, makes plans and follows through* Believes in humility, shares best practices, desires to keep learning, measures performance and adapts to improve results* Thrives on a team, stays positive, lives our values**Physical Demands**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.\\** Up to 1/3 of time: standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds* Up to 2/3 of time: sitting, kneeling, reaching, talking, hearing*\\*Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.*NOTE: This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of responsibilities, skills, or working conditions associated with the job.
