Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a contract assignment running from August 24 through May 28, 2027. This opportunity is perfect for professionals passionate about school-based pediatric speech therapy, whether you are CCC-certified or a Clinical Fellow (CFY). Based near Trinity, NC, you'll work primarily on one campus comprising four buildings, serving a caseload of 30–40 students in grades K–6 or K–8 with mild-to-moderate disabilities.

Key qualifications:

• Valid North Carolina SLP license and NPI number (required for Medicaid billing)
• Experience in school settings (preferred)
• Background in pediatric SLP and familiarity with a variety of disabilities, especially mild-to-moderate
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Core responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services, including evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and special educators
• Maintain thorough, Medicaid-compliant documentation
• Consult with parents, staff, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Support students across a range of needs primarily within elementary or intermediate grade levels
