Key Objectives Provide timely, accurate, and courteous assistance to customers via phone and other communication channels. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards. Support internal teams by accurately documenting customer interactions and feedback. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer questions and requests. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or elevate issues when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
