Job Title: Medical Assistant - Medical Assistant

Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Work Hours: Day 5x8-Hour (07:45 - 17:00)

***Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) is preferred, but will consider Medical Assistant-Registered (MA-R) if they have applicable experience in a procedural heavy clinic like Urology, Otolaryngology or Dermatology; Will NOT consider Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist (MA-P) or Medical Assistant-Hemodialysis Technician (MA-HT).
***This position is open to LOCAL and NON-LOCAL (in WA state) candidates.
***This is a TEMP TO HIRE opportunity. Clinic intends to hire permanently at the end of the contract if all goes well. If candidate is unwilling or unable to join the clinic permanently, they are not eligible and will be redirected.

Urology Medical Assistant (MA-C or MA-R) - Seattle, WA




- Schedule: 4x9hr + 1x4hr (Mon - Fri /// OFF weekends)
----- 4 days/week will be 7:45a - 5p
----- 1 day/week will be 8:00a - 12:00p **This half day will alternate depending on the MD's OR day.
----- Contractor is expected to FLOAT to the Ravenna clinic location on Mondays. Ravenna clinic address is 63322 Roosevelt Way NE, Seattle, WA 98155.
- Experience: 6 months of experience working as an MA-C in an adult/pediatric outpatient clinic setting is REQUIRED, experience in a procedural heavy clinic like Urology, Otolaryngology or Dermatology - is ideal.
- First-timers accepted: Yes
- Weekend REQ: No
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Will this traveler need to float? Yes, contractor is expected to FLOAT to the Ravenna clinic location on Mondays. Ravenna clinic address is 63322 Roosevelt Way NE, Seattle, WA 98155.
- Locals accepted: Yes, at same rate.




SPECIAL NOTES:
- Candidate is expected to have reliable transportation (NOT PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION) and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
