The Opportunity We are searching for a Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and loves bringing fresh ideas to life. You’ll directly support our agents in Lafayette, Indiana with their marketing needs, help build our brand presence across social media, and bring creativity, energy, and a passion for helping others with everything you do. This position will also coordinate agent signage orders for the company What You’ll Do Collaborate with a talented marketing team to support 400 agents with their marketing needs Create/design impactful marketing materials like flyers, postcards, digital graphics, buyer/seller booklets, social media posts, advertisements, etc. Create deliverables for agents in MAXA, our online marketing studio Coordinate ordering/printing needs for physical marketing materials, whether in house or with our preferred vendors Monitor and manage the internal ticketing system, responding quickly and proactively to agent requests Create content (Reels, TikToks, and static posts) for company social media accounts Support agents in leveraging social media to grow their business on their personal accounts Oversee/manage marketing inventory for the Lafayette, order marketing and sign materials/supplies for the office as needed Host one-on-one marketing meetings with agents to develop custom strategies and provide guidance Assist with/attend major company events and promotions as needed Attend regular meetings and retreats with the marketing team Complete special projects as requested What You’ll Bring Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite proficiency preferred) Understanding of social media marketing best practices, and experience creating content Creative problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects at once Excellent communication and organizational skills A positive attitude, passion for collaboration, and willingness to learn PREFERRED: Bilingual in Spanish and English (written, speaking) BONUS: Photography and/or videography skills are a plus! Position Details and Benefits The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, in-person role at Lafayette office, reporting directly to the Marketing Director 401(k) Match: 100% match up to 3% of your base salary (optional) Long and short-term disability insurance provided by the company.
