Additional duties may be assigned by the manager. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: All the skills of a welder 1 plus: Know the principle of several welding methods. Able to layout, cut material and assembly simple protects. Able to perform task with very little supervision Education and Experience High School Diploma, GED, or 1yr of equivalent experience. Demonstrated skills in planning, prioritizing and time management. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them on a timely Scope and Impact: Position has recurring work situations that involve having a high attention to detail and service results. It is important that Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. Safety protocols be followed as a guide for operational direction. Failing to follow prescribed guidelines will waste resources and adversely impact performance. Working Conditions: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
