Senior Helpers – Menomonee Falls, WI is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to join our esteemed team of professionals. Responsibilities

• Foster companionship and provide emotional support by establishing warm, trusting relationships with clients.
• Assist clients with essential daily living activities such as eating, walking, dressing, and grooming to promote independence and enhance overall well-being.
• Work collaboratively with care teams to observe, document, and communicate any changes in the client’s health status promptly and accurately.
• Engage clients in hobbies and recreational activities tailored thoughtfully to their individual interests and preferences.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license, current insurance, and reliable transportation is essential.
• Successful completion of paid training and orientation programs.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• A compassionate, dependable work ethic with a commitment to delivering high-quality, non-medical companion care grounded in empathy, dignity, and respect.
• Physical capability to assist with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Completion of all required background checks successfully.
