Galaxy Lifts is seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. This position is critical to developing our brand awareness, executing online and offline marketing strategies, and driving customer engagement. The results-oriented , high visibility role reports to the President, is a key member of our team, and collaborates closely with other departments to achieve superior customer satisfaction and long-term growth.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:

• Lead development of our marketing plans encompassing brand positioning, performance marketing, and customer experience.
• Oversee and execute performance marketing activities across all digital channels, in collaboration with marketing providers (internal and external), to generate qualified lead opportunities.
• Manage website development and creation of new digital content, including social media, email campaigns and video, to increase awareness and engagement.
• Assist in development of customer and marketing analytics to drive decision-making on strategy and marketing spend.
• Support our sales team and partners with data and marketing materials.
• Align marketing initiatives with overall business strategy and objectives.
• Perform campaign specific product, industry photo and video capturing as well as editing as needed.
• Implementation and support of company branding efforts.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in progressive marketing roles, preferably in a higher growth, well-managed company.
• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies. Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot specifically) a plus.
• Experienced in leading cross-functional initiatives, aligning marketing, creative and other stakeholders, to drive the successful completion of projects.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and act on marketing data and insights.
• Excellent written (copywriting and proofreading) and verbal communication skills.
• Highly ethical, positive culture addition, self-motivated.
• Able to commute to Mabank, Texas.
