How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Clinical Operational Leadership: Serves as the vital onsite leader during off-hours, orchestrating hospital-wide patient flow, resource allocation, and clinical staffing to guarantee safe, continuous, and high-quality patient care.
• Crisis & Emergency Management: Acts as the primary responder and incident commander for clinical emergencies, facility alerts, and critical situations, ensuring swift, decisive action that protects patient and staff safety.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Bridges communication gaps across all hospital departments—including the ED, ICU, inpatient units, and ancillary services—to break down silos and optimize throughput.
• Regulatory Compliance & Quality Advocacy: Safeguards clinical excellence by monitoring adherence to healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and safety protocols, actively mitigating risks in real-time.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted, required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing, required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date, required.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• 5+ years of RN experience
• Experience in Charge or Leadership
