Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:

Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for an interim-to-permanent position focused on providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services to children and young adults. The role offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative environment while potentially transitioning into a permanent position based on mutual agreement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for clients aged birth to 21 years.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to assessment outcomes.
• Deliver therapy services in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and therapy notes.
• Participate in team meetings and pursue ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Obtain current Colorado state licensure or meet licensure eligibility requirements.
• Preferably have experience working with pediatric populations.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
