7p to 7 am Nurse (LPN or RN)
Up to $12,000 Sign-on Bonus (Full-Time)

Responsibilities for Nurse:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive optimal care.
Shift Options for Nurse:
- Night shifts available.
- 12-hour shift.

Qualifications for Nurse:
- Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
- A current, unencumbered, active North Carolina Nurse license or Combact license
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year of experience in Long-Term Care.
