About This Role
The Employee Connect is sourcing CDL-A drivers for a dedicated freight fleet based out of Tar Heel, NC. This home-weekly dedicated position features a hybrid pay structure combining mileage and hourly components for consistent, high weekly earnings. An excellent opportunity for drivers who want a stable dedicated seat, home every week, and a pay structure built to reward both miles and time.

- Refrigerated/dry van dedicated freight fleet
- Southeast dedicated lanes
- Consistent freight volume with structured weekly dispatch

- Home weekly out Monday, back Friday or Saturday
- Consistent weekly rotation with predictable dispatch
Compensation

- Valid CDL-A license
