Manager, Financial Systems & SolutionsWe are seeking a Manager, Financial Systems & Solutions to support strategic growth initiatives, acquisitions, and finance transformation projects across a complex manufacturing environment. This role is remote within 2 hours of Cranberry, PA as it would require going onsite 1 day per month.Qualifications:The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting foundation, hands-on ERP experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to independently solve complex business and system-related challengesBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field10+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance Systems, ERP Implementation, Financial Transformation, or related disciplinesStrong understanding of accounting fundamentals and how financial transactions flow through ERP systemsKnowledge of US GAAP, Revenue Recognition (ASC 606), Cost Accounting, Intercompany AccountingStrong analytical, organizational, and project management skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentJoin a collaborative team where you'll own projects from planning through executionOpportunity to influence process improvements and operational excellence across a growing organizationThis role is well suited for someone who started their career in accounting or finance and has transitioned into ERP systems, finance transformation, project-based work, or integration leadershipManufacturing industry experience is requiredExposure to acquisitions, expansions, ERP implementations, or systems integrationsStrong organizational and project management capabilitiesThe ability to operate independently while partnering effectively across multiple business functionsIf you enjoy solving business problems, leading complex projects, and bridging the gap between finance and technology, we'd love to connectResponsibilities:This is a highly visible individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of accounting, ERP systems, process improvement, and post-merger integrationRather than focusing on day-to-day accounting operations, this position serves as the finance lead on acquisitions, business expansions, ERP initiatives, and process optimization effortsLead Post-Merger Finance IntegrationsServe as the finance point of contact for newly acquired businesses during integrationEvaluate ERP systems, transaction flows, chart of accounts, accounting processes, and control environmentsDevelop and execute integration plans, conversion strategies, and data mapping requirementsIdentify and resolve accounting, process, and system-related issues throughout the integration lifecycleEnsure compliance with financial controls, reporting standards, and governance requirementsDrive ERP & Finance Systems InitiativesSupport ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and configuration activitiesTranslate accounting and business requirements into functional system solutionsSupport finance processes including:General LedgerCollaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and external consultants on system improvementsImprove Financial Processes & ControlsInvestigate and resolve ERP-related accounting issues, reconciliation variances, and transaction flow discrepanciesIdentify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiencyDevelop business requirements, functional specifications, process documentation, and standard operating proceduresSupport internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance initiativesManage finance-related support tickets and issue resolution activitiesPartner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and external partnersSupport reporting, data governance, and KPI development effortsManage project plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiativesProvide regular updates to leadership on integration and project statusWork directly with executive stakeholders and cross-functional leaders
