Pricing Analyst

Job Title: Pricing Analyst (Retail Store Operations) Location: Hybrid or Onsite in Reynoldsburg, OH (based on business needs) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to support the execution of in-store pricing strategies across a fast-paced retail environment. This individual contributor role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely pricing across promotions, markdowns, and clearance events. You’ll partner cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, store operations, and field teams to deliver a seamless pricing experience that supports both customer engagement and business performance. What You’ll Do Execute and maintain pricing for promotions, markdowns, and clearance items across stores Review and proof pricing communications to ensure accuracy and consistency Support pricing audits and partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with established controls Build and maintain pricing processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate pricing for key in-store events Assist in reporting and analysis to support pricing and markdown strategies Communicate pricing direction clearly to internal stakeholders and field teams What You Bring 1–3 years of experience in retail, merchandising, pricing, or operations Strong attention to detail with experience reviewing or validating high-volume data Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Clear and effective communication skills, especially in written formats Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data tracking and reporting Basic understanding of retail pricing, promotions, or financial impact of markdowns Nice to Have Experience supporting audits or compliance processes (e.g., SOX) Exposure to merchandise planning or inventory systems Familiarity with pricing analytics or reporting tools Experience in high-volume retail environments with frequent pricing changes What to Expect A dynamic, fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities Daily responsibilities that include a mix of pricing execution, email proofing, and coordination Opportunities to improve processes and contribute to operational efficiency Close collaboration with multiple teams across the business Why Join Us You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, customer-facing pricing that directly impacts the in-store experience.
