As part of our aggressive US expansion, we are building our Florida footprint from the ground up. We are looking for an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to spearhead client acquisition in the Greater Miami area.

This is a pure Hunter role designed for a self-motivated sales professional who loves being out in the field, meeting business owners, and closing new business.

You will have high autonomy to open new accounts across manufacturing, welding, metal fabrication, construction, and HVAC sectors, supported by a unique product with a clear competitive advantage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Drive Business Acquisition: Proactively target, cold-call, and visit industrial prospects face-to-face across Miami’s industrial corridors.
• Build Your Portfolio: Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and initial contact to presenting, negotiating, and closing initial commercial deals.
• Demonstrate Value: Conduct product walk-throughs showcasing the ergonomic and economic benefits of Zentra’s carbon fiber cylinders versus traditional steel options.
• Manage Your Territory: Plan your weekly route efficiently (spending up to 4 days/week meeting clients in the field and 1 day remote for admin/planning).
• Maintain Pipeline: Keep track of leads, sales activities, and opportunities using our CRM platform.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of successful B2B field sales experience (industrial supplies, welding equipment, machinery, HVAC, or technical product sales preferred).
• True Hunter Mentality: Driven by cold outreach, direct visits, and building a client base from scratch.
• Local Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Miami’s industrial landscape and commercial zones.
• Self-Driven & Resilient: High autonomy, strong negotiation skills, and a results-oriented focus.
• Spanish proficiency is highly valued.
