Director, Capital Projects — Greenfield Plant Facilities

Plantible Foods is seeking a Talent Director, Capital Projects to lead the planning, design, construction, and startup of major capital facilities at our Austin campus and related sites. You will own scope, budget, schedule, and risk across upstream greenhouse and downstream processing projects, coordinating internal teams with external EPC/EPCM partners. You will guide governance and drive safe, efficient execution, delivering facilities that meet rigorous hygienic and quality standards while #J-18808-Ljbffr Astanor Ventures
