What You'll Do

As an Event Promotions Assistant, you'll help represent client brands and create positive experiences for customers and event attendees.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Represent client brands professionally at live events, retail activations, and community marketing campaigns
• Engage with customers and create a friendly, welcoming experience
• Answer customer questions using knowledge gained through paid brand and product training
• Conduct product demonstrations and distribute samples, promotional materials, and information
• Assist customers with orders, registrations, sign-ups, and promotional activities
• Explain product features, promotions, and campaign information clearly and professionally
• Collect customer feedback and identify common questions or concerns
• Track event activity, customer engagement, and feedback to help improve campaign performance and customer experience
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, organization, and on-site operations
• Collaborate with Event Coordinators and team members to help ensure successful events
