Job Description First Team Hampton Chevrolet Collision Center is looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team. First Team is a leader in the automobile industry and an award‑winning company. Our collision center is a huge operation and we are growing. We are looking for an experienced and energetic estimator who can help us achieve a new level in business growth while providing excellent customer service. We are a busy collision repair facility with incredible opportunity for continued and sustained growth. Responsibilities Greet each customer in the process of getting their vehicle repaired. Make every effort to satisfy the customer's needs regarding their collision repair. Make every effort to make a customer feel comfortable and welcome during the estimate process or whenever visiting the collision center. Prepare all damage reports in an accurate and efficient manner. Obtain all signatures and work authorizations. Negotiate an agreed price on every job prior to processing the job. Review all final bills and supplemental billings prior to delivery of the vehicle. Review the completed vehicle to check quality and thoroughness. Maintain consistent and clear communication with the customer and insurance companies involved in the repair. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of automotive collision experience (preferred). Dealership collision repair experience (preferred). Requirements Must have a valid driver's license. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. I‑CAR certification (preferred but not required). ASE certification (preferred but not required). Working knowledge of all aspects of repairs for damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles.
