Director, UX Content Strategist, Developer Experience

About the Role

• Seasoned practitioner in UX writing, content strategy, or information architecture, ideally in a developer tools, fintech, or API-first product context


• Proven track record restructuring complex content systems, not just writing within them


• Experience integrating content standards into design tooling (Figma, Storybook, design systems)


• Comfort working directly with technical stakeholders: you can read an API spec, ask questions, and turn what you learn into something a developer wants to read


• Strong point of view on what good developer content looks like and why it matters


• Hands-on experience with docs-as-code workflows (Markdown, Git, static site generators)


• Working knowledge of AI discoverability concepts (structured content, semantic markup, LLM-friendly docs)


• Background in developer relations or technical writing (a plus, not a requirement)
