Pay range: $100,000 - $130,000/annually (based on experience) + full time benefits

We're a dedicated pediatric practice providing compassionate, high-quality care to children from birth through age 18 and we're looking for a Mid-Level Provider who brings skill, heart, and a love for pediatric healthcare.
What You'll Do
As a provider in our practice, you'll play a vital role in creating positive experiences for our patients and families. You will:
- Provide health maintenance care, including well-child and sick-child exams.
- Manage routine developmental screenings
- Provide diagnosis and treatments for common childhood illnesses
- Teach and counsel children and their families on issues related to health
- And so much more!
Who You Are
You're a provider who wants to make a true impact. You bring:
- Nurse Practitioner (NP): Bachelor of Science and master's degree in nursing (PNP or FNP)
- Physician Assistant (PA): Bachelor of Science (prior to 2020) or a master's degree in physician assistant studies
- A current NYS License and Board Certification
- Comfort caring for children of all ages (newborn18 years)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- EHR proficiency
- Reliability, organization, and calm under pressure
- A commitment to confidentiality and teamwork
