Responsibilities Provide high level customer service support for assigned Branches and maintain field force Contract, Licensing and Registration records. Function as an information resource and quality controls. Under general supervision, enter, update and maintain all records regarding new hire processing, individual licensing and registration needs. Review and process the initial FINRA form U4s, Departments of Insurance License/Appointment applications, Appointment renewals and Contracting updates for candidates. Update and maintain candidate records using external and internal systems and applications. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on‑site presence of 2–3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration. Qualifications Strong work ethic, reliable and innovative. Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines and to prioritize in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. Great organizational skills. Good team player and willing to learn additional support functions, as needed. Proficient knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications. Accuracy and attention to detail; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Customer Service Management: Knowledge of customer service priorities and ability to utilize tools and techniques to maintain an environment where all provide excellent service to internal and external customers. Data Entry Management: Knowledge of data entry management; ability to manage data entry and report results during daily work. Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to transmit, receive and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs. Insurance Legal and Regulatory Environment: Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations; ability to comply with these laws in insurance industry practices and activities. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of SEC, FINRA and State Insurance licensing. 1+ years experience in Finance or Insurance industry. Benefits The base salary range for this position is $42,000–$50,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses and short‑term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
