SUMMARY

The Senior Manager of Business Planning, Development Portfolio will be a key member of the EPC Corporate Planning team, responsible for the execution and divestment of the business unit's assigned project assets. This role manages divestment transactions through to closing and oversees the cost, schedule, and contract performance of those assets during the holding period, working in coordination with the Development, Finance, Legal, and Project Execution teams. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Business Planning, or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This position is hybrid and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 20%. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

35% - Project Divestment Execution Manage divestment execution for assigned project assets, including transaction workstreams, approval sequencing, and closing-condition tracking Coordinate internal and external stakeholders through diligence, document production, and consent requirements to meet closing timelines Prepare divestment status, issue, and decision materials for executive and headquarters review 25% - Project Execution Oversight Oversee execution of assigned project assets, monitoring cost, schedule, and contract performance against plan Administer contract and change-order matters, evaluating scope changes and cost impacts prior to approval Identify margin erosion and execution risk early and elevate with recommended corrective action 20% - Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with affiliate companies, Legal, and Operations on asset-specific planning and issue resolution Consolidate asset status, cost, and performance reporting for business unit and headquarters review Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reporting materials for leadership meetings and headquarters submissions 20% - Other Duties Conduct site visits and project assessments as needed to support execution and divestment decisions Support special projects and business unit initiatives as assigned by senior management Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by Management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in EPC project management, project controls, or construction contract administration Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Working knowledge of EPC project economics, including cost estimating, cost control, contract administration, and change order management Demonstrated ability to drive multi-stakeholder workstreams to fixed deadlines and close outstanding items Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to communicate with cross-functional teams at multiple levels of the organization Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Advanced computer skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in solar, storage, or renewable energy construction Exposure to asset divestment, M&A, or project transaction processes Experience coordinating with legal counsel on transaction documentation and closing conditions Familiarity with construction management or document management systems
