Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapy License
• Master‘s
• Home Health experience
• Experience creating OASIS and evaluations

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday.
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• No on-call or weekend requirement.
• Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week.
• Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
• Coverage area includes Lamar, Fannin, and Grayson counties.
• Dress code: Grey, Black, Navy or Burgundy.
