What You’ll Do: Electrical Managers Lead & Manage electrical installation crews for multi-family residential projects. Oversee Quality & Safety, ensuring compliance with electrical codes, OSHA, and project timelines. Act as the On-Site Contact between project managers, administrative team, and customers. Train & Mentor electrical helpers, building a strong and skilled workforce. Diagnose & Troubleshoot electrical issues, solving problems efficiently. Ensure Materials & Equipment are managed effectively for smooth job site operations. Qualifications have a high school diploma or GED 3-5 years of experience Be able to lift 50+ pounds Can operate machinery; Being certified is a plus Tech savvy is a plus Knowledge of code regulations Be willing to work overtime and travel Why Join North Star Electric?
