The Position:
A highly regarded, full-service law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Partner to join its Atlanta office. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established practitioner with a strong track record in complex commercial real estate transactions, looking to step into a platform that combines high-quality work with genuine autonomy and long-term strategic influence.
The role offers the chance to lead sophisticated real estate matters across acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, leasing, and real estate finance. The successful candidate will advise institutional investors, developers, lenders, and corporate occupiers on complex, high-value transactions, including multi-asset portfolio deals and cross-border structures.
Requirements:
- Georgia Bar required
- Established partner-level attorney with a strong track record in commercial real estate law
- Significant experience handling complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing
- Proven ability to manage institutional investor, developer, lender, and corporate client relationships
