Job Overview:

The role for Front Desk Associate is called a Mood Lifter. Mood Lifters are the people who greet each of our members with ear-to-ear smiles and over the top enthusiasm. They consistently go above and beyond, and you can’t help but smile when you see them.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smile
• Tour potential members around the club to sign up for a membership
• Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner
• Execute all opening/closing operational procedures to ensure the club runs smoothly
• Handle member requests and concerns with professionalism and a sense of urgency
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Maintenance duties up to par.
• 30-minute sweeps around the club: re-racking weights and organizing all areas
• Reaching individual sales goals weekly
• Scheduling personal training sessions on a goal basis

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and personable
• Sales Experience 1-2 years +
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and up to 90 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand for more than 5 hours
• World-class customer service and administrative skills
• Works hard, multi-tasks, and is a problem solver
• Passion for fitness
