Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hourThe ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for driving studio sales/memberships, and studio operations.Responsibilities include:Drive studio revenue through membership salesLead generation including grass roots marketing and networkingProficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Google Applications, Social Media, EMAILLead and work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general publicRequired knowledge, skills, and abilities include:AA or BS in Exercise Science or Athletic Training or a related field with anatomy & physiology courseworkFitness industry experienceSales experience or willing to learn salesEnergetic, forward thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional imageWell organized and self-directed team playerGood educator who is trustworthy and willing to share informationDetail oriented individualStrategic contributor in long and short range strategic planningEffective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship
