Responsibilities Assist in evaluation of client’s daily living skills and capacities to determine extent of abilities and limitations. Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques including exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, activities of daily living. Observe patients during treatments and reports observations to Physical Therapist. Communicate with staff and other health team members, to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs. Qualifications Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care. Deliver hands‑on, patient centered treatment and education. Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes. About Compensation: $24 - $32/hr, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
