Assurance - Audit Analytics Manager - Data Intelligence Delivery (Multiple Positions) Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX. Drive operational improvements and efficiency around the audit process. Collaborate with Assurance teams to deliver in-depth data analysis for clients. Request, capture, transfer, transform and prepare client data for analysis, integrate analytics into audit. Coordinate development of industry specific or custom analytical tools for audit teams. Analyze complex data utilizing analytical tools. Deliver analytics results in written and presentation formats. Create work papers documenting engagement procedures. Stay informed of analytics solutions, auditing and accounting standards that affect business processes analyzed. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Minimum Requirements Must have a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or related field and 5 years of progressive, post baccalaureate work experience, or a Master's degree in the same fields and 4 years of related work experience. Must have 4 years of experience with data analysis including data capture and transformation; ETL tools such as Alteryx or Databricks and visualization tools such as Power BI. Must have 4 years of experience with analytical tools such as Python, Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, Power BI Report Builder, JavaScript, and/or D3.js. Must have 4 years of experience developing data visualization dashboards for communication of anomalies, patterns and trends, using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Spotfire. Must have 2 years of experience with financial business processes including work with audit teams and audit clients. Must have 2 years of project management experience with multiple projects and deadlines. Must have 2 years of experience with audit data analytics. Must have 2 years of experience writing and presenting findings to various stakeholders. Must have 2 years of experience using database management software, statistical and predictive machine learning software, robotic process automation and AI. Must have 2 years of experience in cloud computing involving the Microsoft Azure platform. Requires domestic travel up to 20%.
